Yes, to use Salesforce Marketing Cloud, each user license costs $160 (billed annually by Enterprise Technology).

First, check your browser. Always use Google Chrome or Firefox. Safari, Internet Explorer and other browsers are often incompatible with Marketing Cloud.

Next, if the application isn’t responding, refresh Marketing Cloud/your browser. If that doesn’t work, open Google Chrome’s Incognito mode in a new window or clear your browser’s cache/cookies.

ASU’s servers do not prioritize test emails for delivery. If you are not receiving your test sends, try sending the email to yourself as a true send.

Note: Outlook uses Microsoft Word as a rendering engine, which results in unique proofing considerations. Always test your emails in Outlook before deploying a send.
