The ASU Mobile App provides personalized and timely services to connect, inform, reward and assist every Sun Devil, including students, alumni faculty and staff, on their journey to success.

Student Success Innovations (SSI) uses the app to facilitate easy and efficient engagement with ASU, enhancing communication through technology. Regular updates are made to the app to provide the best possible experience for users, continuously innovating its offerings.

How it works

University departments can send targeted push notifications to ASU Mobile App users using the custom Push Dashboard.

This allows ASU to send timely and relevant information to boost Sun Devil’s engagement and connectedness.

Enroll in the self-paced online course and complete training. Once training is completed, submit the online form to request access to the Push Dashboard.

Push notifications submitted through the dashboard are reviewed and scheduled by the ASU Mobile App content governance team every Thursday. The team reviews content for the upcoming week, so we encourage users to submit content at least two weeks in advance.
