Connecting students with advisors has never been easier with E2E Achieve

Student Success Innovations (SSI) has implemented E2E Achieve as ASU’s enterprise academic advising scheduling system to help students book and manage their appointments with advisors online.

E2E Achieve makes it easy for advisors and students to manage availability and booking, so advisors and advising offices spend less time calendaring and more time helping students.

How it works

ASU advisors and department managers 
Use E2E Achieve’s tools to customize what content students see when they book appointments and allow advisors to set their availability based on their personal Microsoft Outlook calendars. 

Students initiate request for support
Book and manage appointments or join the queue for walk-in services like drop-in advising effortlessly. 

Automated processing
E2E Achieve sends all appointment details back to the advisor’s Outlook calendar so the advisor can plan their day.

FAQ

An advisor, administrator or a department manager in any ASU academic advising office can request an account in E2E Achieve. This grants administrator access to create or edit appointments, view reservations, configure their settings, among other setup options.

We recommend that current E2E Achieve department managers submit new user requests by opening a ServiceNow ticket.

Advisors, administrators or department managers can sign in to the E2E Achieve system.

E2E Achieve user interface

Yes, E2E Achieve syncs automatically with Outlook Calendars to block off time slots. This prevents students from booking appointments during your meetings or out-of-office dates.

Students can book via links provided on their school’s website or by visiting the ASU Student Booking Page and signing in with their ASURITE username and password to make an appointment with an advisor.

By default, students can book up to one month in advance in E2E Achieve. However, specific units may only allow students to book up to two weeks in advance.

E2E Achieve is part of the Achieve CRM platform created by the company, E2E Advising. ASU has partnered with them to provide a custom software solution to meet academic advising appointment needs.
